Terms for using Aipex.
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Aipex website, platform, applications, and related services provided by Tassient. By accessing or using Aipex, you agree to these terms.

You may use Aipex only if you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms and, if you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You agree to use Aipex only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

7. Fees and trials
If you access Aipex through a free trial, preview, or early access program, additional limitations may apply. Paid subscriptions, if offered, may be subject to separate order forms or commercial agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tassient and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or where required by law. Upon termination, rights granted to you under these terms will cease.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Tassient operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.
